Shutdown planning support

Power-plant refractory campaigns succeed or fail at the planning stage. We participate in pre-shutdown survey meetings, BOQ finalisation, material readiness checks and crew mobilisation timeline. Our project supervisors brief plant maintenance teams on critical handover points (anchor weld inspection, casting consolidation checks, dry-out hold points) before work begins.

Can you handle 660 MW supercritical unit refractory?

Yes — supercritical and ultra-supercritical PC boilers have extensive refractory in burner zones, ash hoppers and flue-gas ducts. Our crews have worked on units up to 660 MW with all major boiler OEMs (BHEL, L&T-MHI, Doosan).

Do you handle emergency / forced-outage refractory work?

Yes. We maintain forward stock of common castable grades and gunning mix. For Maharashtra/Chhattisgarh plants we can mobilise within 48–72 hours. For other regions, mobilisation depends on crew availability — typically 4–7 days.

What documentation do you provide for power-plant audits?

Standard hand-over package includes: material batch certificates and TDS, anchor weld inspection records, casting/gunning consolidation checks, dry-out temperature logs (chart-recorder output), final lining thickness measurements, and post-cure visual inspection report. All in physical + soft copy.
